# Delay in fund updating in to trading account is takes more then one hour

Dear Alice blue team  
i had transferred amount At 20.49 and email confirmation received. actually amount not credited in to trading account till the time is 22.15 . Time completed is more then 1 1/2 Hour. this is not acceptable and shows poor system . in digital time it should update with in minute time. it will lead to customer will loose money and may be lost position. this look poor systems . please update immediately

Same here, In this digital Era, it must be updated in seconds…that why I alwas prefer to do trading in other platform like zerodha or Angel
