i am not able to use bot application

How can i open bot

My client id is 963424 and I have been trying to access BOT ever since I opened the trading account, however unsuccessful. When trying to log in from the link given in the trading platform, a new window is opened and then gets the message that “this site can’t be reached”. Please guide me to fix this issue. THanking you
