Brokerage Charges for single order placed

Hi Trading Community , I am new to Alice. I read Brokerage charges, are very less for Alice and opted an AB account.

My Observation with Brokerage:
Although I placed a single order with multiple lots ( for example two lots of Nifty 2 * 50 Quantity)

Alice Blue terminal is splitting the orders based on the seller availability and charging us for all the orders placed. For example with 2 lots of Nifty with single order placed , Alice Blue interface are splitting it to two orders( which communicate as per exchange orders) and logically charges double the brokerage . Which is not the same with other major Brokers , others charge with respect to order placed by customer)
This was my initial understating after interacting with Alice Blue support team.
Alice Blue could you please confirm on this???

Hi @aitrader ,

Please be advised to review your contract note and notify us accordingly. After conducting a cross-verification, we have determined that the charges applied are in compliance with the policy. The charges will apply for each executed order.

Thank you for the reply , I will cross verify from my side.
Please confirm if the below example scenario is correct ??

if I placed an order with 10 lots , I understand, orders are executed depends on availability of sellers from exchange, So logically if sellers are at10 different levels , AB will split the single order to multiple orders and charge them as 10 different executed orders right ???

Hi,

Let us clarify that if you place an order for 10 lots and it gets executed at 10 different levels in a normal order, you will be charged a fee of Rs. 15 plus GST for a single order only. If your placing the order in Bracket order then based on the different level execution the the charges will be applicable.

However, in a live market, the brokerage will block based on the number of lots, and the bill will be charged based on the “Exchange order number” available in the contract note.

Thank you so much Arul, for the clarification.
Yesterday , I placed Bracket Order with two lots of Nifty, system charged me 45 rs as Brokerage( Might be 15 for two lot Buy and 30 rs for two Orders to exit.

That is correct. You bought two lots in a single transaction and sold each lot separately, two times. Therefore, the brokerage fees were charged based on the executed orders.

I found some extra charges for Bracket order( this is on top of 15 rs per trade ), could you please provide more details about it , 4rs per trade is charged for Bracket order( for example, today 8 trades went through the my system , Bot is showing 8 *4 = 24 rs for Bracket order) . could you please elaborate on this? thank you

We would like to inform you that if you place an order using a Bracket Order, additional charges will be applicable. The charges amount to Rs. 4 plus GST.

Please note that when using a Bracket Order, the brokerage charges are applicable based on the execution of the order. The specific charges for brokerage and Bracket Order will be applied according to the example discussed in our previous conversation.
