Nobody has a clue they just put the phone on hold or cut it off,
Can the admin here bring it to the notice of the ceo of aliceblue.

Support asked me to try gtt again after closing the orders I have and then place GTT again to check if it works.
I am sceptical because I have tried it before, anyway it will take 2 weeks for me to close my current positions and place GTT order as told and contact them if it got cancelled again.
If gtt order gets placed and does not get cancelled at eod , I will come here and mention that issue is resolved. Still that time this issue is pending.
Further for your understanding if you go through community msgs u will find this problem is present since 2024 and unresolved yet.

The support person asked me to place order after closing positions only.
Hi i closed my positions and placed a Gtt order today but as usual it got cancelled at the end of the day.
So GTT order is not working in alice blue app i am tired of contacting support again and again.

Hi I am fed up with talking to your support.many times I have placed gtt order in the past every time it got cancelled at EOD.
Few days back I contacted support they said close your existing orders and try, I told them I have more than 8 times margin of the position I have still they asked me to close positions and try, though I know their argument is not logical , still I tried yesterday after closing all my positions it got cancelled.
What is the use of talking with people who recognise there is a problem in app( if u see the community the same problem is there from 2024) but refuse to accept it and force clients to do this and that.
Now I have to raise a complaint and talk to a new person ,nothing will happen .
I plan to open a account in dhan for gtt orders I am fed up with ur support.
If possible flag this issue to ceo of aliceblue

Last time one Mr Anil from support was the one who asked to me to close my existing orders and try again.
He also asked me to contact if it failed.
If possible arrange for a follow up with him.
I closed my positions and placed order on Oct 16 yesterday.
