Issues with Sqoff

Hi, We have tried to sqoff a position
{“exchSeg”:“nse_fo”,“pCode”:“MIS”,“netQty”:“40”,“tockenNo”:“42786”,“symbol”:“FINNIFTY2353019600PE”}

but as a response got
{“symbol”:“FINNIFTY2353019600PE”,“stat”:“Not_Ok”,“Emsg”:"Not able to Retrieve SquareOffPosition ",“token”:“42786”}

what could be the reason?

This type off error will be occurred when the particular script is not in position.

Position was there.

There would be chances of miss match of parameter’s.
kindly cross verify the API documentation and make sure the parameter’s are matched.
