Major issue with Placing order

Hi AB team,

I don’t know how to prove it, but i have seen this twice in the last 10 days. When i place sell order with market value i got error saying “Reason : RED:Margin Shortfall:…”. For eg, I am selling what i purchased. Today i bought 700 options for Rs.4.80 and when the price reached around Rs.8+ I placed sell order at market value. I got that error message and the options sold for Rs. 5.5. I am 200% sure the market value did not fall from 8 to 5 in that split second. I lost around 3k. Also this same thing happened on election result day where i see i was making around 20k, but when i placed the order got the exact same error, and all 20k profit vanished. Now if it happened once i can understand it could be my mistake, but cannot be 2 times. I exchanged mails with support, but looks like they do not have a clue what I am talking. But this is major glitch.

Does anyone else face this problem?

Im market order it would be sold at available buyer so for safety put limit order below 1-2 Rs below current rate as in stock options in which liquidity is less you may get much lesser price than current price.
For ex if current rate is 10 put order in limit of 8
With otion of ioc(immediate or cancel)
You would get price more tha 8 upto 10
Repeat it till you are done

thats not the case, i can prove it with cost of the unit at that point. There is a bug in your system, please have it extensively tested.
