I am not able to login my account and when asked on email, I got the reply that I have pending amount of approx 400. And after clearing that amount, I can login only. But How to clear that amount without login my account.
Can anyone help me here…

@stoploss Could you kindly provide the “Ticket number” in which you’ve received the response, along with proof of the login error, so we can verify it on our end and get back to you?

The Ticket Id is 951028.
Two days passed and still I have not got reply on my last query that how to clear the charges.
Let me make you more clear that My account is in debit of annual maintenance charge and I am suppose to clear it for login my account.
But without login, How to clear that debit amount. Please guide the way if any. Error proof is attached.

Please cofirm have you given the additional segment activation request in the below mentioned URL If “Yes” then please mentioned the Date so will check with the respective team and revert you back, If “No” then please give the request for the same.

Thank to God that Alice blue finally resolve the issue. Allthough I was trying tk sell my holding stock from 400 rs and due to Alice blue, I sold it today on 366 rs after almost 14 days. Lost almost 10 % from my profit.
