Why chart showing one year past data and latest data not updating ??

I have 2 accounts one a/c is ok but another a/c is showing different chart. both the accounts are opened in a same computer

this is not only problem, API is not connecting to Algotrade , trying to connect Aliceblue customer support numbers but no one lift those.
Our Team is looking at the query raised by your side, once we received the response from the respective team will revert back to as soon as possible.
after 3 days also same condition… very poor service…
Nobody interested to solve the issue.

better to jump to another provider, low cost and free punishes in stockmarket
i told about this problem many times even to Mr Kamal Sharma Sir on live youtube video also but never improved
better to move out, these people are doing no help to customers…
in market hours, such type of charts confuse us.
FYERS broker looking good. today i open account , they make things fast.
need to wait further process how they support , especially for API
Aliceblue only can tell how market candle is going to move.
