I am not able to view volume details of a stock in ANT chats. could you tell me what i am doing it wrong? i have tried all, but not able to find it why is it not showing up.

the snapshot shows Bank nifty , Bank nifty is Indices , we cannot trade(Buy or sell) Indices Directly .
As there are no Trades, one cannot see volumes for them.
Below is an example for Nifty Bank Futures( Bank nifty Futures are derivatives of Bank nifty Indices). where we can see traded volumes.
I want to check on the index volume when i am viewing the chart. why is that not visible? plz refer my screenshot.

Index or indices they will not have volume ( only volumes are present in derivatives like Nifty or Bank nifty May Futures)
