WeWork India ka ₹3,000 crore IPO jaldi hi open hone wala hai, lekin kuch mahatvapurna batein dhyan deni chahiye

Ye IPO offer-for-sale (OFS) hai — company koi naya share issue nahin karegi, existing shareholders hi apne paise wapas lene wale hain.
IPO ka price band ₹615–₹648 per share rakha gaya hai
Company ka valuation is basis par ~₹8,685 crore tak ja sakta hai.
Company ne FY2024 me nuksan dikhaya tha, lekin FY2025 ke pehle half me usne ₹174 crore ka profit report kiya hai.
IPO se milne wali raashi company ko nahin jaayegi — jitna paisa aayega, woh existing shareholders ko jaayega.
Coworking / flexible office space sector ab tezi me badh raha hai, lekin competition aur cost pressures bhi hain.
