What is the TAT for fund transfer to reflect in Demat account ? It has been more than 9 hours my amount has not reflected in Alice Blue

I have been trading for more than 3 years now, but I have never faced payment related issues with any broker. I just opened an account with Alice Blue, transferred funds from my Net banking and it has been more than 9 hours now and the funds are still not reflecting in my Demat account, even when the amount reflected right away in their ledger account. I don’t know what they are doing with it. What kind of service is it . I wrote so many emails, called the customer care, everytime they say wait for 15 mins or 30 mins. Post that when I called they started talking rudely and even disconnected the call.

Has anyone faced such issues earlier as well…?

I guess if the deposit is taking so much time, God knows how much time the withdrawals will take.

I am going to raise this issue at Scores platform (SEBI), let’s see what happens.

Just because of company’s poor service and fault, I am also loosing on interest on such high amount, who’s going to bear that …

Well anyway, wanted to share what’s happening with me… Let me know if anyone has faced such issues and what can be done in such cases…

Currently, we verified from our side, the fund is added in your trading account and you have started your trading with us.

Yes, now its added, but it happened after 1 day.

My question is why was the fund not added on the same day ?? You could have taken an hour for that, which could be acceptable, but 1 day is too much time.

Do you understand, 1 day for adding funds to the Demat account and that to when you have received the funds instantly, what can be the consequences for that…???

And what explanations do you have for your customer care, talking rudely with the customer and disconnecting calls on him ??

This is really unethical and unprofessional behaviour.

Why the Alice Blue team not answering this question???
Least expected is an acknowledgement.
I am also coming across similar issues. Everyday I login by night (11 PM) and morning (6:30 AM), to check my Fund Balance and Portfolio Holding details, the display will be ZERO under all the headings. This confuses and leads to a lot of strain on planning the day’s trade.
