How do I get the older version of AliceBlue

The new version of Aliceblue has issues I dont want to use it , I think Aliceblue team has launched it without testing properly,

Every time I have to refresh the screen otherwise it doesnt work , values doesnt work unless I refresh the screen

Today I tried to punch Nifty 200 qty but every time it took 50 qty, and I had to punch 3 more times hence brokerage increased who will refund this , I bet nobody will refund me
dont know if these is the strategy of AB to earn brokerage then god knows ,

if these issues are persisting then I would have to choose some other broker

Who are lifting these phone numbers ! I tried several times from 2 days, call getting disconnected after 4-5 min of time waste.
Waste service.
Better switch over to other broker

thats way im going for cancellation of account. bcz for small and important issues if these people are not at all responding (even not picking call) we cant trust them with trade related issues where our money and Time is involved.

processed for withdraw the money… waiting the same to deposit in bank account.

Then Bye bye to aliceblue.

I also have horrible experience with the new AliceBlue ANT platform, both Web and mobile App.

Problems in the new interface:

  1. Portfolio → Positions space is now wasted with lot of white dead space with no information. I cant see more than 20 positions in the screen (Full HD display) while earlier i was able to see more than 15 positions.

  2. Day’s P&L column is not showing the TOTAL below the table. It is very much important for traders to know total Today’s P&L** change.

  3. On closing Positions, all the Net Zero Qty rows are not showing in Grey color. It was a convenient feature in earlier version to quickly know which positions are fully closed.

  4. ANT app is not showing Current day % change of LTP

  5. Funds not showing the available Ledger cash balance and Available trading margin. It is only showing Total Collateral margin.

by changing the broker only way. these Alieblue team not at all responding and bcz of this worst system, i lost 40K in last oneweek

Older versions of the application cannot be used since we are going forward with the new application in accordance with policy.

Yes, I too facing many issues with new version like some charts not getting updated in a day time frame today is 15th September but chart ends in July only. This mainly happens in index charts.
