Step 1: Visit our Website and click on login on the top right corner of the page.
Step 2: Click on “Backoffice BOT” from the drop-down menu. You will be redirected to a new page.
Step 3: Log in with your credentials.
Step 4: Once you are logged in, click on “My Profile” on the right-hand side menu.
Step 5: Select the option “Manage Segments,” Now you will be able to view the active & inactive Segments.
Step 6: Select the “Active Segments” button, the page will redirect to the EKYC portal.
Step 7: Complete the process to activate the segment. The additional segment will be activated within 48Hrs.
