For the past three days, I’ve been unable to Authorize (CDSL) my holdings for trading. Tried using both the web and android apps, and tried different web browsers (Firefox, Midori and Chromium). The CDSL popup window just closes after selecting the scrip and clicking ‘Authorize’ and ‘Continue to CDSL’. It returns back to the Portfolio page without going through CDSL authentication.
please go with another broker, no one will respond in Aliceblue. wait for resolution of problem, we loose money , same happened to me. if you call to call & Trade, very next ring they will respond but not for our APP, API and trading nobody will reposnd
Well they answered my call (tried a few times, got attended after the trading hours). Said it will be functional after the undergoing update. It is true, ANT got a major version update last week. I Hope that it will be alright by next week.
Chosen Alice Blue because of the API (and likes the name as well). And wishes things to be nicer here in future.
I am also facing this issue, It must be the issue for all alice blue clients, Suck issues, broker should inform to all the clients on the issue and expected resolution time. this is missing in alice blue, on top of this, reaching support team is extremely difficult. Pathetic client support.

Keep the account, its API is very useful if you are a programmer. There no free API access with any other bloody brokers, AFAIK. The websocket API is best interface into the exchanges if channeled wisely.
this is the condition of chart, how and why to proceed. lost 30K bcz of their Poor support in API upgrade. after that their support system too worst.
better to pay money and proceed instead of loosing money like this.
even after this much discussion , these aliceblue people are still sleeping bcz they are getting what they supose to get, its our money why they should bother. very f…king service,. waste of spending the time with bloody Aliceblue. they dont bother of our service…
