Over the past few weeks, I have encountered a persistent and disruptive issues during my trading sessions. The error message I receive is as follows:
“Some error occurred at initial main:::> ‘symbol’”
““Error : Connection to remote host was lost.””

This error has not only caused significant financial losses but has also disrupted my trading strategies, leading to frustration and disappointment.

What concerns me even more is the lack of responsiveness and assistance from your support team. Despite my previous queries and concerns raised about this issue, I have received no satisfactory response or resolution. It is disheartening to experience such a lack of support from a platform that I have entrusted with my trading activities.

I want to emphasize that I rely on your platform for my trading endeavors, and the reliability of your services is of paramount importance to me. These recurring errors not only erode my confidence in AliceBlue but also put my trading capital at risk.

I urge you to take immediate action to investigate and resolve the underlying cause of these errors. Furthermore, I expect a prompt response from your support team addressing this matter and providing a clear plan of action to prevent such issues in the future. I’m waiting from 20 days, but these Aliceblue team didn’t do any thing and that’s why i applied for cancellation of Account… bcz, i have lost 40K due to Poor API service.
