Dear team,
I can see that the trading symbol naming convention has been changed from what was being followed till last week. There was no notification around these changes to Alice users like us and suddenly on a new trading day all our algo and existing trades are giving error.
This is highly unprofessional of you Alice team. I regret my decision to open an account with you.
P.S. Your web platform is getting worst day by day.
