I have recently started trading with Aliceblue. However I have found that the contract notes are not delivered in time by them. In fact in the past week I had to send them emails and then call their helpdesk to get it, after the market got over on the next day.
Has anyone else faced this issue and how did it get resolved.
Yes i too has experinced it. Ideally speaking contract note should arrive around 8-11 pm on the same day of the trade.Most brokers send them by 11-12 pm…But Alice Blue is sending it on the next day. BSE/NSE alerts and Margin statement arrive around 9-10 pm but ALice blue contract notes are being dispatched late.
Anyway…ALICE BLUE admins here must clarify

I am also finding the same problem regarding delay in receiving contract note.
Till now I yave not received the contract note for yesterday’s trades.
When i checked in Aliceblue backoffice website, i can see only older date contracts but yesterday’s contract still not updated.
Request Aliceblue Admin to look into this matter please.
