Do not see my holdings when I logged in today

When I logged into my account, I do not see my holdings listed? Even my account balance (cash) is shown as zero!

Has anyone noticed such a problem?

Here are the steps check the Holding in the BOT application?*

Step 1: Visit our Website and click on login on the top right corner of the page.

  • Step 2: Click on “Backoffice BOT” from the drop-down menu. You will be redirected to a new page.
  • Step 3: Log in with your credentials.
  • Step 4: Once you are logged in, click on “Portfolio.” Then select “Holding” from the drop-down menu.
  • Step 5: Select the date and “Submit.” You will see the “Account Overview” of Holdings.

To check out your account balance:
