Holdings not visible on Ant web application however visible in BOT and Backoffice

Hi i just found that my holding is not visible in ANT web application but it is visible in BOT and Back office.
why is that…?
Does Ant web application only show the CNC trades that were done during the day and from next day onwards will have go to backoffice to view my holdings…
Thats a first i have seen…Please clarify if thats the case.
