Today during Samvat muhurat trading, ALice Blue terminal was freezed and did not allowed me to access my holdings and hence was not able to sell my Coal India in huge profits. attaching the snapshot of the same. had made a video as well, however not able to attach view size restrictions. Worst experience in Alice Blue, dont know why even have started all this if cannot even handle the traffic of trading activities. DO NOT USE their terminal for trading. Request SEBI to please look into this issue and kindly come up with a solution for the profits that I could not book.
