Transfer of referral

Hi admin pl tag this msg to your ceo.

I opened alice blue account through referral, while opening the algo person said u can pledge your holdings earn 10 to 12% growth and trade through my algo platform get 10 to 12% return , so by both trading and investing together u can get 20% return per year.

Based on that we joined.

But now that person has converted his algo into DIY ( do it yourself platform) and is not providing strategies , even when algo fails to execute stoploss orders and we go into loss the answer is rude.

When questioned about his promise of 10 to 12% returns per year , he now says if I can get 10 to % 12 % returns why should I give strategies to you i will trade myself.

The tongue has no bone .

The reason is he has shifted completely to crypto.

So I want to change referral to another algo provider so that I can trade.

But support says alice blue does not have that provision

Dear admin pl inform your ceo about this problem and allow change of referral.

Otherwise we have to shift to some other platform to trade though we like aliceblue.

Kindly treat this matter as urgent.

In my oppo phone block and filter is causing some problems so calls from non contact no’s are blocked, I am working on it. Sorry for the trouble.
